The Tilbury Dockers have made three changes to the line up with Erik Bjork, Jason Isaacs and Graeme Watt coming into the team, they will replace Jakub Baran, Dominik Witzosek and Josef Vanak.
Tilbury manager Elder had this to say 'their was some really difficult decisions to be made and I have not been one to make early changes in years gone by but I felt we needed to try and get more top end scoring in the team and hopefully in Erik and Jason we now have that, Graeme is a young kid with plenty of promise and he will get to work straight away with our coach to try and get dialled in but we are not putting any pressure on him. It was tough letting Dominik go as he has been a docker for a few years now but I would like to think that's not the last we have seen of him. Jakub we feel has a big future with us but has struggled to get to grip with our track and although he just scored 12 points we feel it might be better if he went on loan somewhere and gained more experience on our tracks. Josef was purely dropped due to numbers and he did a solid job for us. It's been a poor start to the season really and after being dumped out the cup I felt changes were needed, fingers crossed we now have the right team and we can string some good performances together.'
