Many in Sim are amongst those that are of an age or have underlying health issues so we need remain safe.
My home has myself and my wife self isolating, so with only our granddaughter at home she to has to follow the direction of the next 12 weeks without outside contact, her college is closed and her work has closed down indefinitely, she is still getting paid so that helps her.
We have a dedicated volunteer who works at Tesco and will pick up shopping as we need it, meds are being delivered to the door and all other appointments cancelled.
ALL WE CAN DO IS FOLLOW THE INFORMATION AND FOR EVERYONE TO REMAIN SAFE

My self employed wife is still cutting hair but vetting her regulars accordingly in a two way dialogue thus far
I was actually rough as a badger last week - hadn't felt good since I went with my son to watch Liverpool beat West Ham - finally succumbed and had a week off and over the worst and back managing the troops at the factory now - reduced hours to clean in between and minimise contact - different entrances etc
We collected our daughter from Leeds University last Tuesday as she was panicking a bit - her part time job is on hold but they may transfer her to a local branch
My son has finished school for good with no exams, no prom, no football (his team which I coach is stuck 2nd in the league 1 point behind with two games in hand and in two cup semi finals that may never be played)
Oh and my mother in law lives in with us and she's 84 (but in good health and ready to move out asap to a relative if required)
I also care for my dad who is 78 and had dementia and alzheimer's - he lives alone and my brother helps a bit
Testing times !
Stay safe all - let's hope we all see the other side (I'm sure we will) then we can regale in our "#During the virus" stories

As you all are aware I have my Oncology appointment tomorrow so what this means for me and whether I can start treatment or not I won't know until then. As I will only need tablets hopefully I will then I will do the 12 weeks isolation.
Everyone will have to do their bit and let's hope we can smash the virus as soon as possible.
At least we can keep speedway going on SIM and chat away via our posts.
We're also in lockdown. My son is still immunosuppressed due to chemotherapy. Fortunately I can work from home but my wife has a job of keeping 3 young kids occupied for several months without going out!
Hope everyone is keeping safe and has the support they need.

Im still at work - Bizarrely we dont need to be - but I am in Friday/Sat/Sun (days off at mo) - looking on ways we can work 2m apart - My self employed Mrs has binned her work (hairdressing) - So at least i can get out to work to keep my head space (Hate being cooped up) Scary times but I'm being careful and we have loads of safety and cleanliness measures in place
Please please please take care of you and yours
See you on the other end - maybe once the World has made peace with us and we get our shit together we could have a cyber beer or six
